All items are made to order and require approximately 12–16 weeks for production. Once completed, orders ship exclusively to U.S. addresses and are delivered within 30 days.
All orders undergo payment verification, and any delay during this process may lead to a postponement in shipping.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, it is typically packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Shipments depart from our U.S. location on business days (excluding national holidays), and a signature is required for delivery.
Deliveries are made only to the address provided at order placement.

Our online store allows you to provide a separate shipping address from the billing address, making it easy to send items to an alternate location such as an office or a friend’s home.
All items are individually handmade and crafted to order, making cancellations or returns impossible. However, should your product sustain any damage caused by our manufacturing or during shipping, we will gladly offer a complimentary exchange within 30 days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email confirmation containing the tracking details will be sent to you.
