Estimated delivery times listed are for in-stock items only. Custom-made or handcrafted products require additional production time, typically 12–16 weeks.
All shipments depart from our U.S. warehouse on business days (national holidays excluded), with a required signature for delivery.
Currently, we are unable to deliver to Puerto Rico, FPO/APO addresses, and PO Boxes.
Deliveries are only made to the address provided at order placement.
ORDERS
Our online store allows a separate shipping address from the billing address, making it convenient to send items to a different location such as an office or a friend.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified for technical reasons. Items purchased on our online store can be returned within 30 days, free of charge. For additional support, please reach out to our Customer Service.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, an email confirmation with shipment details and tracking number will be sent to you.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit until they reach your specified address. Once signed for, items are no longer covered by insurance.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please notify the delivery carrier and contact Customer Care for assistance.
