Since each of our items is individually handmade and crafted to order, returns and refunds are not possible. However, should your furniture arrive damaged due to our production process or during transit, you have 2 days from the date of delivery to notify us and request an exchange. Any exchange requests made after this 2-day period will not be accepted.

Please retain your proof of purchase and contact Customer Care promptly if any damage is discovered upon delivery. We encourage you to keep all original packaging materials to facilitate a seamless exchange process if needed.

All items are handmade to order and, therefore, are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Should your furniture arrive damaged due to our production process or during transit, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange. Otherwise, any returned packages will not be accepted.

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged due to manufacturing or shipping, please follow these steps to request an exchange:

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with our exchange instructions and the necessary shipping details.
  • Carefully repack the damaged item—ideally in its original packaging—to prevent further harm during transit.
  • Ship the item using a carrier that provides tracking information, ensuring secure handling.

We recommend keeping a record of your tracking information. Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged item, our team will coordinate the exchange and notify you via email.

We do not offer a standard exchange service for size, color, or style preferences, as every item is made to order. Exchanges apply solely to orders that arrive damaged or defective due to our oversight. In such cases, there is no charge for the exchange process.
